RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value. In case you receive a faulty item we are happy to offer a free replacement or issue you a full refund of your purchase.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and free from any damage.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, or inserts.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or packing slip, must be included.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our return team at support@blackzhed.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories if you have provided.
  4. Include RA Number: Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping if you have changed your mind, if you got a damaged product then we will cover the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

Return Shipping Costs for damaged products

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery (if possible) and contact us immediately. If the damage is noticed after delivery, please email us within 24 hours at support@blackzhed.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging for assistance.

Please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Your order number and a brief description of the issue

If the product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Blackzhed will cover the return shipping cost.
  • A replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional shipping charge.

Return Shipping Costs for changed their mind

  • If the product is fine but the customer has changed their mind:
  • The customer will bear the return shipping cost.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Refund Policy

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days if approved.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at support@blackzhed.com or visit Contact Us page.

Refund Exclusions:

  • Original shipping fees from your order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.

Rejected Refunds:

  • If the returned item does not meet our conditions (e.g., used, missing parts, or damaged by the customer), the refund request will be denied. The customer will have the option to have the item shipped back at their expense.

Exchange Policy: 30 Days After Delivery

We offer exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. The following conditions apply:

The customer is responsible for:

  • The return shipping cost for the original item.
  • The actual shipping cost for sending the new product.

How to Request an Exchange:

  • Email us at support@blackzhed.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange.
  • Follow the return process for the original item. Once the return is received and approved, we will ship the new product upon payment of the shipping fee.

No Restocking Fees

We don't impose any restocking fees on returned products. Your satisfaction matters most, and we want to make the return process as straightforward as possible for you.

Additional Information

Late Returns:

  • Returns initiated after the 30-day return window will not be accepted unless approved by our customer service team.

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchange Timeline:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Original Payment Refunds Only:
